Bookings for Lunar New Year 2024 Year of the Dragon are CLOSED.

NOTE 1/8/24 - Thank you for your interest in booking with us! Unfortunately, our bookings are currently closed for the remainder of the Lunar New Year season in respect to our capacity and student schedules. If you are interested in non-LNY related bookings later in the school year (mid-March to early May), please send another email inquiry & we will review them on a case-by-case basis.

A quick form will tell you all of our policies (please read them carefully on the form, or find them here) and tell us all the basic facts. Give us about a week to get back to you – if it ever takes longer, shoot us a follow-up email!

The confirmation process begins with us reaching out after the submission of your form to let you know if we anticipate being able to book your event. Most of the time, we’ll let you know that we’re surveying our team members for availability and will get back to you as soon as we know. We anticipate this taking 1-3 weeks – please reach out far enough in advance of your event that this doesn’t pose an issue.

As soon as we know how many lions we’ll be able to provide for you on the given date and location, we’ll let you know. We’ll also nail down any last details – scrolls, details about the space, further schedule details, parking, price, etc.

Confirmation will have been reached when we hear back from you in affirmation of the number of lions that we’re able to bring to your event per our team availability. If we don’t hear back in confirmation within 5 days (120 hours from the initially proposed event time), we will cancel your booking entirely.

On the day of, we’ll be at your event either at the confirmed-upon time OR minimum 20 minutes before our scheduled performance time. If you need us to be there sooner for any reason, it is your responsibility to inform us before hand.
